Shaanxi Baoda New Technology Industries Co., Ltd was founded in 1993, which is a joint venture company that invested by three parts. They are China Petroleum Material & Equipment (Group) Co. (CPMEC), Takungpao (HK) Co., Ltd and Baoji Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Plant (BPMMP). It is a company as a whole gathering of technology, manufacturing and trade. It is authenticated the “High and New Technology Enterprise” and “Advanced Technology Enterprise” by Committee for Science and Committee for Economic & Trade of Shaanxi Province. The products of Baoda are mainly sold to the main oilfields of Xinjiang province, Jilin province and Liaohe oil field and such places of mainland China, and the markets abroad are Russia, Syria and such places in Middle East. The main products are: oilfield used plunger pump, piston pump, and such Petroleum Engineering Vehicles as acidizing fracturing truck, well logging truck, cementing truck and so on, and CO2 Equipments. In 2000, the products of the company start entering into the international market. At present, many kinds of product have already been sold to America, Russia and the countries in Middle East, and the trade in overseas market has gradually become another developing highpoint and profit increasing point. The company predicts that in 2010, the sales amount will be 50 million Yuan, and in 2015, it will be more than 100 millions Yuan. The company covers an area of 1454 square meters. Now it takes another 25 mu in No. 12 road East district of Baoji high-tech development zone to construct new office buildings and plants for the need of the future 10 years’ development of the company.
