Centrisys Corporation was formed in 1987 specifically to introduce an innovative range of advanced dewatering centrifuges for industrial and municipal wastewater applications throughout North America. Seeing the need for an American made, high quality centrifuge dewatering system, Centrisys Corporation proceeded to design and manufacture its own high quality dewatering centrifuges. A key to our superior dewatering equipment is a result of over 25 years experience in the centrifugal dewatering industry. This includes state-of-the-art solid modeling software used for engineering & design as well as a staff of manufacturing personnel committed to supplying the best product on the market. Coupling the design experience of the engineering department and the solid modeling design tools enables our engineering team to verify the design and operation prior to manufacturing. This enables Centrisys the advantage of a quicker concept-to-market. From the start of the design process through to the manufacture of components process. We are constantly checking and rechecking for any possible design improvement which may increase machine performance and provide easier maintenance. Our working knowledge of the centrifuge concept and our manufacturing capabilities have also given us the edge to service our competitors‘ equipment as well, frequently at a lower rate than the competitors own service facilities. Centrisys Corporation offers nationwide service capabilities for our own equipment as well as for all competitors equipment including Sharples, Alfa Laval, Westfalia, Humboldt, Bird, Andritz - Guinard, Flottweg and others. Centrisys Corporation is also an authorized national distributor and repair facility for Viscotherm. The Viscotherm hydraulic scroll drive system is the most advanced decanter scroll drive system available with performance unmatched by gear / electrical back drives. Centrisys Corporation frequently replaces gear/electrical drives with the Viscotherm System to allow customers more reliability, power savings as well as improved performance. Centrisys Corporation has successfully retrofitted many Sharples, Alfa Laval, Bird, Westfalia and Humboldt centrifuges with the Viscotherm System.
