China Petroleum Pipeline Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (CPPM) specializes in providing turnkey solutions encompassing R&D, design, manufacture and service for oil and gas pipelines, ground oilfields, ground and underground oil and gas storage facilities, LNG terminals and urban gas transfers and distribution systems. Our product portfolio comprises four core categories: pressure pipeline components, pressure vessels, industrial heating furnaces, and skid-mounted units for oil and gas storage and transportation processes. Seven of CPPM’s innovations have been acknowledged as important independent innovation products of CNPC. Furthermore, we hold 51 patents authorized in China, the United States and Europe, possess 11 software copyrights, and have established 18 national and industry standards. Our company’s production facility spans over an area of 200,000 square meters and comprises six production lines for pipe-bending units and fittings, one production line for quick opening closures, and another for insulated joints. The plant is equipped with more than 740 sets of manufacturing equipment and over 100 sets of test and inspection devices. We hold licenses for 11 types of special equipment, including design and manufacture of Grade A1/A2 pressure vessels, manufacture of Grade B pressure piping elements, manufacture of Grade B boilers, design and manufacture of ASME U, U2 and S stamped products, installation of petrochemical equipment, etc. Moreover, we are capable of designing and manufacturing bend fittings with nominal diameter of 100-1,600mm, fabricating pressure vessels with a capacity of up to 100MPa, constructing heating furnaces with power outputs within 30MW, and producing a wide array of skid-mounted products. Our products are widely utilized in various industrial fields such as oil exploitation, oil & gas storage and transportation, petrochemical engineering and urban gas in dozens of countries around the world. Additionally, CPPM serves as a key supplier for major corporations including CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC and Pipe China.
