The method to produce the aluminized steel through the ultra-audio frequency induction heating of our company is an efficient steel surface hardening process, which make the new aluminized steel have superior corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance, excellent heat resistance and good reflection of light and heat and can be widely used in transportation, electricity, telecommunications, railways, energy, chemicals, construction, metallurgy, machinery, automobile, marine engineering, pipeline, shipbuilding, municipal and etc. The technology has become the optimal alternative processes of conventional hot aluminizing technology and the thermal aluminizing technology.
The company has large high-frequency induction aluminizing, resistance aluminizing, fast-pickling descaling equipment and many other advanced production equipment. In these, high-frequency induction aluminizing equipment reduces the time of aluminizing process to 30-40s comparing with a few hours of hot diffusion, and decreases the aluminizing temperature from 980℃ to 680℃ around as well, which greatly improving the production efficiency and reducing the energy consumption. Performance testing and analysis equipment which are available in the company are adequate guaranteeing the stability of product\'s quality and advancements of the technology, such as magnetic thickness gauge, high sensitive thermometer, micro-hardness tester and etc.
The company has a great team with strong R & D strength composed by a number of senior engineer and Dr. oriented high-tech R & D and management personnel, and has obtained more than ten national patents, therefor it owns completely independent intellectual property rights.
