Petrochina Yumen Oilfield Company Machine Plant was established in 1939 with the establishment of the Yumen oilfield, the earliest such plant in china. It has grown into a petroleum equipment maker designated by Petrochina, selling its products to the oilfields around the country, south America, east Europe, southeast Asia, Russia and so on.
The main products of the plant include:φ16—φ38 sucker rod, φ25—φ38 polished rod, classified into C， D, K, KD，HL and HY level, the annual productivity is 3.50 million meter, φ27—φ95 cylinder oil well pump, φ32—φ83 lined oil well pump, the annual productivity is 10,000 pumps; Beam-pumping unit with the models of type 3, type 4, type 5, type 8, type 10,type12, type 14, type 16, the annual production is 150 units; Class Ⅰand Class Ⅱ pressure containers, the annual productivity is 1000 ton; And it has the capacity to produce the 25-105Mpa model easy and high pressure well head equipment and the drilling, exploring and refining tools, accessories etc.
Presently the plant has fixed assets of 101 million RMB yuan, the annual machinery manufacturing volume is 10,000 tons, and the annual product value is 170 million RMB yuan, is the sole plant which can produce the oil extraction mating products in china. Among these products, the sucker rod, oil well pump and beam-pumping unit have been granted the right to use API spec.（American Petroleum Institute）. The rod, pump and pumping unit and pressure container have been accredited ISO9001 certificate by DNV. It has the capacity to produce high and low voltage complete electric equipment 20000 sets, guarding door 200000 sets, aluminium alloy doors and windows 200000 square meters, radiators 2000000 pieces, light-steel components 8000 tons, compound sandwich laminate 200000 square meter. The above civil products all pass ISO9001 quality standard which is accredited by DNV and “3C” nation imperative standard.
