Tianjin Victory Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing Limited Company (TVEM) was founded December, 2009. The company is registered as a Private Enterprise in Xiqing Economic Development Area (XEDA), an industrial development area in Tianjin, China. TVEM is an active member of CNPC, CPCC and CNOOC Manufacturing Network. TVEM designs, manufactures, assembles and services electrical submersible pumping (ESP) systems for the oil and water well industries. The majority of the management, technical and operation staff have a vast knowledge and experience working with Tianjin Oilfield Complete Sets of Equipment Co., Ltd, which was known as OCEC. OCEC was acquired by Schlumberger in 2006. TVEM has total area of 25,000 square meters. The manufacturing operations have an area of 12,700 square meters. TVEM has approximately 180 employees, including 35 engineers and 15 field service personnel. TVEM also provides design, manufacturing and service of ESP and seawater pumps. Through various technical alliances TVEM stands on the cutting edge of ESP technology through continuous innovation. TVEM has professional manufacturing and testing facilities.
