The Company has established two production lines for oil support agents (six lines according to the project plan), nine production lines for alumina structural ceramics and 3 aluminum oxide powder production lines, possessing an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of high-performance oil support agents, 150,000 tons of new alumina ceramic materials, 100,000 tons of aluminum oxide powders and 200 gas generators. The products made by patented technology rank first in terms of scale, quality and innovation ability.
The Company has products of thousands of varieties which belong to 9 series in five kinds, including the special shale gas support agents, ultra low density oil support agents, high purity alumina oil packing, catalyst carrier, micrite wear-resisting alumina materials, aluminum oxide powder, etc.
The Company has set up Shandong Environmental Protection Ceramic Engineering Technology Research Center, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Provincial Environmental Protection Ceramic Material Engineering Lab and other R&D institutions. Equipped with Germany Zeiss Scanning ElectronMicroscope, Japan Rigaku X-ray Diffraction and other international advanced testing equipment, the Company now boasts the largest and complete product research and development, testing, experiment and test equipment system in the industry. The Company has won six provincial scientific and technological achievements, two provincial scientific and technological progress awards and 56 patents, including 34 patents for invention.
